Where are Max & Ruby's Parents?

This seems to be a perennial question asked of the show Max & Ruby. Here is an article, a Facebook page, a Yahoo Answers and even a Blog titled Where are Max and Rubys Parents. I used to envision a pair of adult rabbits off on some long vacation away from their super intelligent and somewhat devious children, batty mother-in-law and overambitious Bunny Scout Leader. Turns out the are purposely left out so that kids can watch other kids figure things out for themselves. Not sure it is working but the extent to which Max goes to get his way is certainly emulated by my toddler at times.

Originally I wanted this blog to be titled "Where are Max & Ruby's parents?" but seeing as that subject has been pounded into the ground I decided to go with the current title. I will be blogging about things relating to my watching of kids shows. It will be from an adult perspective but not have any crass language in case by some odd chance it is picked up by a search engine. Still you may find yourself explaining a few things to your little one if they read some of this.
